Utrip iLuxer, a leader in the [Industry, e.g., distribution, logistics, sales], is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. This crucial role involves scheduling, confirming appointments, and optimizing sales routes to enhance our efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
Coordinate and plan optimal sales routes for our field representatives.
Monitor field staff and provide timely updates and adjustments to schedules.
Handle communications between sales representatives and clients.
Maintain accurate records of appointments and routes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a dispatcher or similar role.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
High school diploma required; further education or certification is a plus.
